Nano-Bord
Nano-Bord™ recycled plastic panels are strong yet lightweight flat sheets manufactured from recycled plastic. Produced from recycled 50% LD, 50% HD & PP.
Can be used in for lining walls, cladding buildings, newt barriers, making vivariums, bird boxes etc. It can be welded, glued and hot bent and routered out. Above 6mm the sheet has a more textured finish due to the mixture of plastic within it and the extended time to cool that thickness of sheet. Below 6mm sheet will have glossy finish. For the application where higher flexibility required, we recommend Nano-Flex sheets.
Available on request cuts: L1000-4000mm, W850-1750mm.

Fixing Instructions:
- Store the sheet at ambient temperature and preferably in the environment it will be used for at least 24hrs prior to installation.
- Pre-drill holes before installation; preferably oversize holes by a minimum of 2mm in relation to the fixings.
- Use round headed screws or a washer and bolt system, it is not recommended to use nails or countersunk screws for fixing sheet.
- Don’t over tighten the fixing to allow for expansion.
- Recycled sheet can be welded, contact R3 Products for specific advice.
Technical information:
- The thermal expansion coefficient of R-Bord is 2.1mm per linear metre per 10 C.
- Can be CNC routed, using a tungsten carbide head.
- Can be edge-banded.
- Can be profiled.
- Can be High Pressure Laminated (HPL), can be bonded to the face of the sheet.
