Returns & Refunds Policy
As a business to business (B2B) site, Plastic-Sheets does not fall within the "Distance Selling Regulations". However we do understand that on occasions returns may occur.
If upon receipt of the order a buyer decides that it is not what they want, and assuming it is what was ordered, then it may be possible to return the goods. In this case, we would first contact the Partner to confirm that they will accept the order back. If so, we will ask the buyer to re-pack the order as per our guidelines, (N.B. buyers must remember that they have a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession) and we will arrange for collection. Once the order has been returned safely and in good condition, we will issue a refund less a charge for the return carriage and any possible surcharges requested by the Partner. Buyers will be advised of these at the time.
