We also have limited individual access controlled by passwords. Routine backups ensure that in the event of a system failure information can be readily reinstated.

3.3          We also keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of the Company covers the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

4              Sale of business

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business

5              Updating your details
